According to the Motgage Bankers Association, the demand for U.S. home loans rose last week to the highest level in about two months. This increase is due mostly to borrowers locking in low mortgage rates by refinancing their existing mortgages to get a better handle on their mothly payments.

How is the economy impacting your community?
I stumbled upon this article on MyCentralJersey.com that suggested less expensive homes are selling better in today's market than estate homes. While, certain counties continue to grow it would only stand to reason that now might be the right time to push forward with redevelopment plans slated for the areas in greater need.
